Jens Konrad has 25 years experience in assisting international corporate clients including investment funds, asset managers, private equity houses, bluechips, family offices and HNWI in corporate, M&A and tax matters.
He previously worked for PWC, Arendt and Elvinger Hoss.
He is lecturer in Luxembourg business law at the Sorbonne within the master in international taxation and operations (OFIS 2).
He is a Luxembourg qualified attorney (Avocat à la Cour - List I) and member of the tax commission of the Luxembourg bar association.
He holds a master and LL.M from the Sorbonne and Köln University and is a HEC Paris alumni (H.02).
