As high-end independent Luxembourg law firm with a premier funds practice we are looking to recruit a Senior Associate to support its continued growth.
You will advise leading asset managers, private equity sponsors and institutional investors on the structuring, formation and operation of a wide range of Luxembourg investment vehicles, including UCITS, AIFs, RAIFs and other alternative structures. Your work will cover fund formation, regulatory matters, governance, and ongoing operational and transactional support, including interactions with regulators and service providers.
You will take an active role in managing client relationships, leading transactions and mentoring junior team members, while working closely with partners on complex, cross-border mandates.
Your profile:You are a qualified lawyer with 5–8 years’ experience in investment funds, gained in a top-tier law firm in Luxembourg or another leading funds jurisdiction. You have strong technical expertise, a commercial mindset and the ability to work autonomously on sophisticated matters. Fluency in French and English is essential; additional languages (notably German) are an advantage.
